PLAN4 Gebäude Check is a software for mobile condition assessment of existing buildings. Gebäude Check is used to record the refurbishment backlog in a structured, clear, transparent and comprehensible manner. Even during the on-site visit, Gebäude Check calculates the estimated refurbishment costs, including cost elements, diagnostic reports, and the basic specifications for transfer to the end customer’s AVA software.
